At Siam wellness massage we understand that unanticipated event happens a occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the current policies.
Possible cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hrs advance notice, you will be charged 100% of the total full amount of services scheduled session.
